I love getting to be a part of your Senior memories. Once you've booked a session I'll communicate with you about your hobbies, special interests, and personality in length before the big day. I want to know as much about you as I can before I take your photos. This helps me capture what makes you so special within your timeless images. I also want you to be comfortable with me so in our discussions I will answer any questions or concerns you might have.

I love to see the outfits you have chosen and collaborate with you about location choices. I also know that Senior Photo Sessions are a big deal for many seniors and you may have seen some images that you'd like to use as inspiration for your photo session. I want to see those as well so I can hit your expectations for your session.

The few days leading up to your session we will finalize the timeline and details of the photoshoot, decide on a meet up location and time.

The day of the photoshoot we will meet, greet, and begin! During your photo session I will do everything I can to put you at ease. We can play music, dance, and enjoy our time together. I always encourage you to bring a friend or adult who you are comfortable with and can laugh with. They are so helpful in making your session a memorable experience and maintaining genuine photos. We will play games, tell stories, jokes, and laugh. I will do what I can to make you as comfortable as possible.

I work within the Kansas City area, but I am based out of the Smithville Lake area. I am happy to travel to any and all locations with the help of a small mileage fee. If when booking your session you are wanting to travel to multiple locations we can discuss how that will work within your session as each session is different. Sometimes it means we need to split larger sessions up into multiple sessions instead of one long marathon session so that we aren't rushed and can take advantage of the best lighting.

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum of 2 weeks though my usual turn around is much quicker. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

Yes!! I do ask that you don't bring a huge group, but one or two people that you are completely comfortable with is always ideal. It can be an adult and/or one of your friends. It is also helpful to bring a friend if you are doing multiple outfit changes and locations. Extra hands are always great to have when you are bringing lots of things along to your session.

First of all, don't stress about poses or how you'll look in your photos. As your photographer it's my job to make you comfortable and to help you be as photogenic in your photos as possible. It's your job to come with a smile!
